E-mail not working properly

I've been with this company since the early 2000s, their services have never been good, and I would never depend on their email for actual customer communications. Thats my personal opinion, my two cents, coming from experience. I dont know how this webhost still gets new customers, every web builder and site developer Ive spoken with has never heard of this webhost. When I first signed up back in 2004 or so, it was through Quicken, which quickly became Intuit, and then later on Homestead. It was said that homestead was to become web.com but that seems to have gone now, too, and it looks like a Network Solutions is taking over next. This webhost has been bank rolled and passed through so many hands, I dont see how its even still a business, but for people like me who just keep forking way too much money in to their failing websites monthly. The fact is, since the loss of net neutrality, our small websites have tanked in visitors, and most browsers wont even open our websites due to security reasons, because the template codes are so grossly outdated. Dont get me started on the lack of support since they outsourced IT!
