E-Mail not getting to me

I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE E-MAIL SYSTEM I AM NOT GETTIN ALL MY E-MAILS FROM MY WEBSITE CUSTOMERS FROM(EASTENDCLUB.COM) I HAVE BEEN HAVING THIS PROBLEM FOR ABOUT A YEAR NOW WHAT CAN BE DONE, WHEN USING THE SUBMIT BUTTON TO SENT EMAILS SOME GO THRU AND SOME DON'T
