I spoke with a representative over a week ago about stopping my domain and wanted to know if there was a way I could keep my email through Homestead Roundcube webmail. I was told I could downgrade my account and it would only cost me around $14.00. I told the representative that is what I wanted to do and they told me they would do that and gave me the exact price which I agreed to.
If I was mislead I would like to know who I can speak with to help me with this issue. Thank you.

Not all "Sent" emails are being delivered. No notice is sent that they were not delivered, so it takes a day or two to discover that the email was not received. I'm having to resend from an old email address associated with a company that was sold and resold. Hoped to use the address associated with the Homestead website, don@drdonott.com but it currently is unreliable.
