I spoke with a representative over a week ago about stopping my domain and wanted to know if there was a way I could keep my email through Homestead Roundcube webmail. I was told I could downgrade my account and it would only cost me around $14.00. I told the representative that is what I wanted to do and they told me they would do that and gave me the exact price which I agreed to.
If I was mislead I would like to know who I can speak with to help me with this issue. Thank you.
