Email duplicating on multiple addresses on our domain

My colleagues and I have been experiencing significant duplication of incoming emails for about 1.5 months now or longer, really since the change of platforms on Homestead's side. We have called in and were told the DNS (?) would be reset and this should correct the issue. Unfortunately it has not. We operate in Outlook 2016 desktop platform with Windows 10. We have to continually login to RoundCube and wipe our inboxes to try and solve this. Unfortunately this is not a great option for us since we increased our mailbox size for us to be able to retain emails on the server. Please advise as to how to fix this, thanks!
