Hello,
Our system cannot accept DNS with special characters like an underscore. If you can point using nameservers, that might be a different option. Or you can create an account through Cloudflare, which would allow you to point your nameservers to Cloudflare and manage your DNS through that 3rd party system. They do accept special characters
