DKIM not enabled on our emails, causing email to be blocked
Several times now in the last month or so, when I tried to email our Minnesota State Representative, the email was rejected, flagged as a "permanent error", with this information: "SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data: 550 permanent failure for one or more recipient".
When I contacted them, the IT Director for the Minnesota House of Representatives relayed this back: "The issue is that DKIM is not enabled on the senders email system."
Since I have no control of that, could Homestead please address this?

I am having the same problem with some of my emails getting rejected. I have been unable to find a solution to this.

Hello,
Homestead does not support DKIM, so your DNS would need to be routed through Cloudflare. Please call 1-800-710-1998 for assistance with this.
