@mike_j Hi Mike, would you be able to look into our issue? We are having the same problem we have a round cube email and we are able to receive all incoming emails but our outgoing emails are either going into peoples spam or they aren't receiving the emails at all. I'm not sure how to fix this issue, if you could help us with this problem it would be very much appreciated.

Thanks for your message. The issue was caused by an incorrect SPF email record. I have updated the record which should resolve the issue.

Emails are not being received when we are logged in and sending them through the roundcube webmail (Roundcube Webmail :: Welcome to Roundcube Webmail (homestead.com). I am able to send and receive emails through my phone email account. I have ran many tests using various ways and the phone format is the only one I can both send and receive emails. I am still able to view new emails when logged in through the Roundcube Webmail :: Welcome to Roundcube Webmail (homestead.com) site. Please advise.
