Can't get into email account after new platform

Despite the promises of access to new email service as promised in the update emails, this has not been possible. The following code appears: LGI-0006 Categories=USER_INPUT Message='Invalid credentials.' exceptionID=1230744151-2196149 and then it sends me back to the same login page. I enter right through the web.
