i am having the same problem with my system no email access on my account and says i don't even have an existing email

Yep same.
However I can still access email on my iPhone and on my backup gmail account. I have all of my homestead emails forwarded to gmail due to this issue happening multiple times in the past.

I updated my website to note that our email is down and to call the office, but who knows.....I'mhoping if they get the email rejection message, they'll look up the website. I've been on hold with tech suport for over 30 minutes now - still haven't spoken to anyone to get any kind of answers.

Hello,
We did experience email issues earlier this afternoon, but they have been resolved. The email queue may take some time to get everything delivered that backed up during this outage.
