Cannot receive emails between my several homestead/roundcube emails on my account

I have several emails established from my account. I am not able to receive emails between my email accounts. WHY

The email accounts in question are between two separate email domains on my same account.

I have several emails established from my account. I am not able to receive emails between my email accounts. WHY.  I just spoke with a representative. She said that one of my email accounts had an issue with "dmarc".  In marked records authentication?

Why am I now receiving email from Cloudfare stating:  my email address (email from homestead) is now active on Cloudflare. What is this? Do I have to do anything?
