Cannot email gmail acocunts. They keep bouncing back

Every time we attempt to send emails out to @gmail accounts from our domain (@chiemseecastle.com) they get bounced back as undeliverable.  From what I read we need to add some special "TXT" verbiage to our DNS?  I have no idea how to do that.  Could someone please help me out?  Thanks!
