can receive emails, yet cannot send them on apple tech. lap top works fine.

as stated above, cannot send emails on any apple device (and yes, two of the 3 are updated with the latest ISO) the lap top sends fine. So, HOW TO CONTACT THESE PEOPLE?!?!?!?!?? they have it rigged so you are forced to figure it out on your own. I am about to cancel my account altogether and go with a more expensive company that ACTUALLY HAS CUSTOMER SERVICE.
