can not change DNS records

I am transitioning to a cloudbase system for our business and have to add DNS recrods. Looked up how to do but when I went into my advanced DNS settings, i got this--

Sorry, you cannot edit your advanced DNS settings for this domain because you have altered your default nameservers. If you wish to edit your advanced DNS settings, please reset your nameservers to the default Homestead nameservers first.

No idea what this is about because I never dealt with this before.

Hello,

I understand that you are transitioning to a cloud-based system and are currently unable to edit the advanced DNS settings for your domain.

Based on my review, the domain's nameservers are connected to Cloudflare.

Since the DNS is being managed through Cloudflare, any advanced DNS changes will need to be made from the associated Cloudflare account.

What I can do is send you the credentials for the Cloudflare account via email. Once you receive them, you'll be able to log in and manage the advanced DNS settings for your domain as needed.

Please check your email for the account details. If you need any assistance accessing the account or making the DNS changes, feel free to let me know, and I'll be happy to help.

Kind regards,
Technical Support

I went into Cloudflare and found the DNS Settings but am unsure how to add the 4 records necessary. As an example this is one record to be added-

Type:CNAME

Name: em232.tenant.leftyslockers.com

Value: u34560195.wl196.sendgrid.net

TTL: 3600 or 30 minutes

Looking at adding DNS record the type and Name have those fields obvious in Cloudflare. Is the value the same as TARGET?

I need to turn off proxy status to have TTL at 30 minutes. Will that affect anything?

Also, I have a record to enter that is an MX. From my company I am dealing with made a note to "please ensure that this MX record has the highest priority if any other MX records exist already. The highest priority MX record is the one with the lowest number. For example, if an existing record has a priority of 10, please assign the QuikStor record a priority of 0."

If you are entering an MX record will the field show a priority level to enter?

Thanks so much !
