Add homestead e-mail to outlook - more recent version that five years ago??

I had to upgrade my computer and am using a "new" version of Outlook. I cannot add my website's e-mail account to this verion of Outlook. The posts on community are all for older versions and don't apply. Anyone know how to deal with the "new" outlook?
