The process for updating your domain's WHOIS information depends on your registrar:
Registrar
Contact your registrar to update your domain's WHOIS record. Your registrar will then update the publicly available record. Updates can take 24–48 hours to reflect.
Rackspace
Log in to the Cloud Office Control Panel, navigate to Domains, select DNS Settings, find your domain, click Edit WHOIS, make changes, and click Save. You'll receive an email to verify the changes from the WHOIS contact email address. Click the link in the email or copy and paste the URL into your browser.
WHC.CA
Log in to your Client Area, click Domains, select your domain, click Edit in the Contact Information section, update the information, and click Save. Changes may take up to 72 hours to take effect and some may require email verification. If you don't verify email changes, your domain may be suspended.
