Unable to Delete Domain

I am trying to delete a domain that I never really created a website for (coatesvillehistory.org), but I receive the following error when attempting to so so::  
404  - File or directory not found. The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.
Please advise how I can delete this domain. Thank you.
