Hello, I recommend updating the domain contact email address, then you should be able to send the authorization code. This can all be done in the Domain tab in your account.

When I click on domain all I get are my billing statements - no other options?
Hello, This happens when your account billing is past due. Once your account is in good standing, you'll be able to access the Domains tab.
