Hi Joeana, regarding the domains you mentioned, to see if you can remove them from my account and organize them, here's the information: I'd like to remove these four from my account:

hotelesalmagro.com

escapadasalmagro.com

casagrandealmagro.com

cortijoruralalmagro.com

These two are available and it's feasible, I'd like to be able to use them: casasruralesalmagro.com

entrevolcanes.com

I also have a problem with an email account, which is the most important for my business: info@almagroteatro.com. I need to add it as an IMAP account to Outlook Classic, but I'm having a lot of trouble with the certificates. I'd like to know how to add it securely so that clients don't receive it in their spam folders. Could you look into it and tell me how to configure it? Thank you.

As requested, I have removed the following domains from your account:

* hotelesalmagro.com
* escapadasalmagro.com
* casagrandealmagro.com
* cortijoruralalmagro.com

I was only able to register casasruralesalmagro.com in our system.

The domain entrevolcanes.com appears to be registered with GoDaddy. Since it is not registered with Homestead, we are unable to manage it from our side. If you'd like, we can also remove the reference to entrevolcanes.com from your Homestead account to keep your account organized and up to date.

Setting Up <info@almagroteatro.com> in Outlook

To ensure the best compatibility with Outlook, we recommend using the following non-SSL settings. Please note that using this configuration does not mean your email account is insecure.

These are simply the recommended settings for this mail service.

IMAP Settings

Username: info@almagroteatro.com
Password: Your email password

Incoming Mail Server (IMAP): imap.homestead.com
Port: 143
Encryption/SSL: Off

Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): smtp.homestead.com
Port: 587
Encryption/SSL: Off

Once these settings have been entered, Outlook should be able to send and receive emails normally using your account.
