Problem deleting a domain

I seem to be getting the following message after going through the domain deletion process for a site no longer required. After the first error message I started again and went in to find the domain was still live so I tried again, getting the same message. Please help.

404 - File or directory not found.

The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

I've left it a few hours and tried again. Still happening. Even tried it on a different browser, but having the same issue whether it's Firefox or Chrome. :(

COME ON HOMESTEAD! I posted this problem more than two weeks ago, yet no response from tech support. In the past, responses were always fairly quick and issues resolved promptly.

I urgently need to delete one of my domains and the associated site, but the system clearly has a fault as I've tried again today. Please help!

Hello,

What is the domain in question? If you're getting an error deleting it on your end, I can take care of this for you. Once the domain is deleted, you should have no trouble deleting the website.

Please, @elyzabethv, another 5 days have passed and the domain is still listed in my account. When I tried to delete the associated website I got this, just now:

We are unable to delete your website because you have a domain name associated with it. Visit our Help Center for more information on deleting a domain or changing your domains site association.
