New Website Design

I am unable to create a new site. I set up the original site more than 15 years ago and I am unable to remake it now. Is there any way to convert my original site to the new design program? Everytime I update the site it reverts to May. This is very frustrating. My eyesight is failing and I can't spend this much time redesigning everything. This is for a not for profit civic organization. Can anyone give me advice on how to easily change to the new design?
