More than 24 hours -- Cannot update nameservers

Unfortunately, this domain expired and needs to be re-registered. I have removed the domain from the account so you can add it back on your end. 

now the domain is registred elsewhere..  you remove the domain from my account and i cannot take it back?

The domain was not in redemption status it was expired from less than 30 days why the payment made was not to bring back the domain back up, i don't understand why the domain was removed from my account and went directly to open market or dropcatch is owned by homestead ?
