I am trying to do this on my site: www.mendotaseniorservices.org. Tucows does not provide a control panel where I can make this change.
Activating SSL for your pointed domain.

Login to your domain hosting provider.

Locate the DNS Management section in your domain hosting control panel.
- 3
Modify the existing 'A record' for mendotaareaseniorservices.org and point to 66.235.200.22
- 4
Once the 'A record' Has been modified, Click Next.

Hello,
You don't need to update that IP through Tucows. You just need to go to the DNS tab in your Homestead account, find that domain, and click Advanced DNS Settings.
