@russell5607 At step 6, I have for the last few weeks, after selecting "Email your authorization code" I immediately recieve the following message on lower part of page "There was an error retrieving this domain's contact email. Please try again later."

Any help on what can be done to move forward past this error message?

Thank you for your reply, I have unlocked the domain and then tried the "email your authorization code" and it just keeps saying "There was an error retrieving this domain's contact email. Please try again later." I have tried yesterday and today, nothing has changed. I changed the contact email and tried again but just keeps saying "There was an error retrieving this domain's contact email. Please try again later." Is there another way to receive the code?
