HELP!! I need to call & they are closed i thought if you paid for a domain there was a 24/7 number to call?

HELP! I don't want this site it is the same as another one that is FREE!! I thought Homestead had a 24/7 number for PAYING customers. Please I want a refund and I want to cancel ASAP!!! where the heck is the phone number???? I don't want the sales number.
