To cancel Duda services, log in to your account dashboard, click your avatar, select Billing, navigate to Plans & Subscriptions, click the three-dot icon on the plan card, and select Cancel Plan. This stops future renewals and unpublishes sites at the end of the billing cycle.
Key Cancellation Steps:
Account Plan: Follow the steps above in the dashboard to cancel the main subscription.
App Subscriptions: Remove apps directly from your site to stop their individual renewals.
Store Subscriptions: Go to Store > Manage Store > My Sales > Subscriptions to cancel, or use the Contacts tab to manage specific customer subscriptions.
Note: Simply deleting a site in the editor does not cancel the subscription.
If you are on an SMB account, you can switch sites to "do not renew" to prevent further charges. For assistance, you can contact Duda support through the Help menu in the dashboard.
