Domain transfer and shopping store

I had a site built with directions to the developer park it at homestead with my other domains.  He put it on shopify and I am desiring to transfer that domain to Homestead if you have shopping related site buildouts.  I would really like to speak to a human being as I am not a developer and just a guy from the business sector helping one of my kids.
