domain /site not live

My domain and site (kidscrossingcultures) shows up in "Manage Domain" section. The domain is associated with the site I built in homestead - but it is not live? Why?

Still waiting for the design team to call me about other edits to the site. They confirmed a time for the call-back via email……no one has called. Guess that's what we pay for - poor service :-(
