Domain Pointing

What am I missing? I tried pointing my domain to a new website and it's just been an error for days.
new website is elasiasindex.homesteadcloud.com , I didn't change anything at cloudflare, is that what's wrong?

Your new website requires a different IP record with WebsiteBuilder. If we restored your nameservers back to defaults, it should begin to populate. Otherwise, you will need to update the A Records for @ and WWW to point to IP 66.235.200.22.

what's the next step? I'm so lost for some reason on this. Do I edit at cloudflare? Should I "delete" my domain and just start the pointing over?
