Domain name expiring email

I received an email stating that one of my sites domain name is expiring on 2/8/24 and that I should "Act now to avoid any disruption to email or website services and avoid losing your chosen name." and "If you would like to renew your domain(s) Please contact Homestead support. You can reach us Mon-Fri 6:00am - 5:00pm MST by calling 1-800-986-0958. You can also reach a member of our support team through our community site."  I don't remember ever receiving an email for any of my other sites about renewing I thought it was renewed automatically unless I canceled it but I could be wrong.  Anyways I do want to renew the domain name every year just like my other sites.  Do I need to do anything?  Thanks
