Domain hosting

I have been paying for webhosting of a domain name on homestead since 2007. And according to my account information I am up to date on all payments. So, why is it when I submit my domain name in the address bar, I get this message: "This domain is pending renewal or has expired. Please contact the domain provider with questions."
