Domain Expired

The domain expired on one of our business domains.  It says that it should be auto renewed through homestead.   Homestead is the reseller and host of topnotchmt.com.  Our account is current and no money is owed.  We have customers that can not reach our site.  What do we need to do to remedy this problem?

This just happened to us as well. I called 60 days ago to make sure our account billing info was current. 30 days ago to do the same and both times they said everything was fine and ready for renewal. Now my site is down and I cannot get any emails.

I saw a maintenance alert on the website, could that be the problem?

Just checked website.  No alerts.  I found an email that was on the 1st that said domain was about to expire.  Didnt think anything of it as we have many websites and have never had this happen.  Im assuming it must be a glitch on their end.  Guess Ill find out in the am.

This is happening to us as well. On 9 domain name/websites! Response from support has ranged from non-existent to lethargic.
