Current Site Removal

Good Morning,

I am rebuilding my website from its foundation-up and I would like to have my website removed in its entirety but, keep the company URL/Domain (www.southeasternci.com) once the new site is completed.  Please provide the steps from removal to re-establishing.  I understand I am still financially responsible for Homestead maintaining my URL/Domain.
