The contact us form has that phone numbers are optional. I want the phone number to be mandatory. Is there not a way to change that?

Hello,
No, in Sitebuilder Plus, there isn't a way to change that. In the newer builder, WebsiteBuilder, you can edit this option for each contact form field.
