contact forms not coming to me or going to the wrong email.

I have a contact form on my page - today I got "Somebody left a message on your site" to my registered homestead email - not the email associated with that website - or associated with the "Submit" button.  How did this happen?

Also - I realized looking into this issue, I am only getting about every other form submitted. 

Help - we need to figure this one out.
