Colorado Retaining Wall dot com - new site wont work with domain

I had this same issue recently with Built By Omega dot com. Online ((here) wasn't helpful, I mean for many weeks!), so maybe you can see whatever tech support did over the phone that fixed the issue? They are closed today. I was advised wrongly (here) to change to cloud flare NS. That wasn't correct. And after (then) waiting several days just to make sure, it did nothing. I changed the DNS server / NS number 12 to match 11 like we did for the Omega site, and it worked for Omega right over the phone. Something is not working though on this Retaining Wall one..
