Built a prelim site w/ new Webbuilder program, bought the domain to link to it, got the confirmation email, now what?

Hi There!
I did what I usually do-- build a site, buy the domain, and wait for the successful registration confirmation email, which I got. But domain throws back 404 error. Is there a next step I'm supposed to take? I never got the "verification required" email.
