Wondering if this needs to be fixed

This is what I see on Cloudflare. Should I be concerned? Is this why a lot of my mail goes to my customers spam folder? Thank you

@elyzabethv​  Hi and thank you for your response. Shouldn't the DNS Records for Homestead email be correct already? I've had this email and website for years. Do things like this change on their own? I already saw and read the link you gave me prior to you giving it to me but why would my records have changed if it is through Homestead and my settings are exactly the way it says to have it and should be?
