All I can tell you is, I am running old OS on two older computers. Chrome on them will not load a lot of them. They won't load this help page, but Vista will load the builder. I have to use this newer laptop (did I mention I hate typring on a laptop) to get his site, Paypal, Pirateship, Walmart and a ton of other sites to load.
I predict one day, my website will not load on my computers. I am NOT buying a new desktop. At 77, I hope I will have little use for newer. Maybe I slog by with this 6 year old laptop. I had to buy it back then because Turbotax would not load on my older boxes! Good luck with your problem.
