Website is now locked after one small edit.

I deleted an announcement in SiteBuilder on the home screen. 

A  password notice popped up after I saved and published the page.

So I went to Page Settings-Advanced Settings for the page and deleted the Java script and the password. 

A password is still required to access the site.

Help!
