I was able to find that DNS for your domain is hosted with Google Domains. You should have access to DNS settings from the Google account the domain is hosted from. 

@elyzabethv​ Hi, the mx matches your first mx option. Everything else is exact except for teh TXT Record, which isn't even close. Should I edit that to match yours? Our domain is through Shopify.
