Rejected emails due to SPF and DKIM ​Hi, my emails are being rejected.

​Hi, my emails are being rejected.   When they bounce back, it says I need to update SPF and DKIM.  How do I do this?  Thanks for your help!​

Hello, 

Please login to your Homestead account, go to the Domains tab and click on Advanced DNS Settings for the domain you're experiencing issues with, and make sure that all of these records match exactly for email:

@elyzabethv​ when I go there- it says this- Sorry, you cannot edit your advanced DNS settings for this domain because you have altered your default nameservers. If you wish to edit your advanced DNS settings, please reset your nameservers to the default Homestead nameservers first.

I'm reading in other posts that you update a file with - SPF and DKIM - can you do that for us?

Hello, 

Since your nameservers are pointing to Cloudflare, I cannot fix it for you. Please log into that account and make sure your email DNS matches what's in that article exactly:

I am experiencing the exact same thing, a LOT of my outgoing mail is being bounced back all of a sudden for the same or similar reason. We have homestead but roundcube for email, can i use the same form to fix my issue, can someone do this for me as I am not comfortable making these changes?

Can you go ahead and try once more? I have updated the TXT SPF record for your domain which should allow it to begin working properly.

It's impacting business....so if Homestead can't resolve it- we will more to another provider who can.
