I am having trouble adding a youtube video to my web page?

I've done this before, but now I seem to have either forgot how to do it, or ..... heck I don't know.  But it is not working.  My friend posted a video of our band and I wanted to add it to my web sight.  I copied the youtube address, but it does not want to work.
