Gmail marking emails as spam. Delivery failed notices.

Hello, we are no longer able to consistently send emails to gmail accounts (possibly happening with others too). We get delivery failed notices, and we’re told that our email isn’t authenticated. Can you help with this? Happening with both our emails.

Hello, 

The first step in troubleshooting would be to check your DNS. Since your nameservers are pointing to Cloudflare, I cannot fix it for you. Please log into that account and make sure your email DNS matches what's in that article exactly:

Thank you, I think I may have fixed this, but I’m having some organizations telling me they aren’t receiving emails still. Gmail users yes, other random organizations-no. I’m not sure how I ended up with a different account making it so you can’t change settings, but do you know how I get out of that account so I can have you fix email problems? Thank you!

You most likely have your nameservers pointing to Cloudflare to secure your website, so unfortunately, we wouldn't recommend pointing the nameservers back.
