I just posted the problem with a screenshot. Glad I'm not the only one. I've deleted most of them, but some just won't delete.

Thanks for the response, Keith, but this has been going on for several days. I called support, and for all practical purposes, it seems we have been hung out to die.

I was wondering if anyone else actually called and what they were told by support.

Thanks, and good luck to all suffering from this fiasco.

I called support yesterday about this issue. All they said is that they're aware of the issue, and they have the "highest" engineers working on it. Yet it's still there today, and as always they've made no effort to reach out to their paid customers about it.
