Site editor issues

Just reactivated an old account to build a new website. Got the new domain/activated however, I continue to get a 404 Error code when i click "Choose Design" to select a template, and their is no edit button next to my domain name either in Website Manager. Any ideas as to what the problem might be? Is anyone else having similar experiences?
