New website themes not available 404 error!!

I was told I had to create another website since they are no longer using the host they had.  So after almost 18 years with Homestead I have to redo my website or pay a designer to do it.  This really needs to be something they should be doing not making people redo years of work.

So I tried to go through their new Website Manager trying to start a new website in my spare time (so much we run a cattle farm).

Everyone I click on to select as a theme get this message on page.

404 - File or directory not found

Hope you guys work it out.  This is prime selling time for us right now to earn enough money to buy hay for winter for our cows.
