Hello,
This is the SPF record for Homestead email:
v=spf1 ip4:66.96.128.0/18 include:websitewelcome.com ?all
We do not support DMARC, but if you need one, you can open a free Cloudflare account and point your domain to their nameservers to manage your DNS through them and add a DMARC.
As for your website speed, one of the biggest culprits are images. You can work on optimizing your images:
