Where is the "link" feature in Site Builder PLus for linking an email address or webpage?

I am having to use the online site builder plus to update my website because the desk top is not publishing. I hate it by the way. Anyway, trying to link a webpage to text and can't find an option to do this on siteBuilder Plus.Where is the link page, email etc feature in the online version????
