What time is the phone support lline going to be open on Jan 14?

In a message posted by Mike F from Homestead on Jan 13 he indicated that the phone lines would be open at 5:00 AM PT. I have called twice since 5:00 AM PT only to hear the recorded message that the phone line is closed!

What's going on?
