Sitebuilder will not run on Windows 8.1

Sitebuilder was working fine on my pc with Windows 8. Microsoft just released Windows 8.1 update and after installing it, Sitebuilder will not run. I even uninstalled it and did a clean reinstall and it still does not work. When can I expect this to be fixed? It has to be a Sitebuilder compatibility problem. We need a fix.
